Bowden has enlisted the talents of Cuban born New York City resident, Manuel Valera and fellow Torontonians Rich Brown and Kelly Jefferson to form the core of The Joe Bowden Project.

Special guest included are band members Luis Deniz (Alto Sax), Alexander Brown (Trumpet) and Robi Botos (Piano), a long time collaborator Michael Shand (Piano) and new members Joy Lapps-Lewis (Steel Pan), Rob Neal Christian (Tenor Sax) and Michael Occhipinti (Guitar).

Thank you for Listening consists of jazz inspired compositions written by Joe Bowden over the past years and embellished by the great performances of this great collective of fellow musicians and friends. This project has a mix of fiery Caribbean Jazz - Memories of Cuba and FSC, peaceful ballads – Rustling of the Leaves and At Peace and a tribute to Charles Mingus presented as a Kenny Garrett style piece titled Mingus, to name a few.
